We believe in the transformative power of education and opportunity. Our mission is to provide underserved individuals with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in the beauty industry and beyond.
Led by Mr and Mrs Tubbs, a seasoned cosmetologist with over 20 years of experience as a salon owner and platform educator, our nonprofit is dedicated to creating lasting change in the lives of low-income individuals, single mothers, and young adults aged 14–21.
Our programs are designed to address critical challenges faced by individuals in underserved urban and rural communities, including limited access to professional training, lack of mentorship, and economic instability. We focus on teaching foundational beauty skills, business essentials, personal branding, customer service excellence, and product creation. Participants not only gain industry certifications but also learn how to build successful businesses, create additional income streams, and establish themselves as beauty influencers or platform educators.
By empowering young adults to pursue careers in the beauty industry, we’re providing them with more than just skills; we’re offering a pathway to independence, confidence, and financial stability. Our work is especially impactful for young women who face significant barriers, including limited resources, fewer educational opportunities, and the pressures that contribute to high rates of teenage pregnancy. Through our comprehensive programs, we inspire participants to dream bigger and equip them to turn those dreams into reality.
What We Offer
Hands-On Beauty Training:
Certifications in hairstyling, makeup, skincare, and nail care to prepare participants for industry success.
Entrepreneurship and Business Skills:
Workshops on business planning, branding, and marketing, ensuring participants can start and grow their ventures.
Customer Service Excellence:
Training on communication and building long-term client relationships.
Personal Branding and Marketing:
Guidance on becoming a beauty influencer, developing a professional brand, and leveraging social media platforms.

Instruction on designing and marketing beauty products to establish multiple revenue streams.
